• The recruitment world is changing and there are varying approaches and options available to companies outside the historical recruitment model, that weren’t on the table 10-15 years ago. In aiming to take advantage of these, companies are quite rightly keen to assess how they might reduce their recruitment spend and improve their recruitment efficiency.
• For companies of a certain size and yearly recruitment volume, the traditional RPO model doesn’t fit them. Because of this, these companies either continue to spend excessively on some recruitment fees which could be massively reduced, and/or they employ direct recruiters to work on site with them, who deliver mixed results.
• In 2017 we introduced what we believe is a revolutionary new approach to recruitment outsourcing, aimed specifically at companies whose new hires don’t typically exceed 200 per year. We’re quite excited about this, and think you might be too.
