How we work with our candidates
- HC Change engage with clients, large and small, in the financial services, management consulting and technology sectors. We work closely with a handful of these companies and have deep and trusted relationships with them
- Requirements can be in a variety of disciplines and in all parts of their business. We ensure that any client requirement is well briefed, accurate and live. In other words, any time and effort spent on searching for suitable candidates will be well spent, and in the majority of occasions results in interviews and hires
- We are interested in adding depth and breadth to our market reach, attracting the most relevant and qualified individuals
Timesheet and invoice process
To ensure a simple and efficient contractor payroll process, we operate two payroll runs per month*
Timesheets - before 7th on the month
- Timesheets and invoices received on or before the 7th of the month, will be paid by the 10th of the month.
Timesheets - after 7th on the month
- Timesheets and invoices received after 7th but before the 20th of the month, will be paid by the 23rd of the month.
*for the avoidance of doubt, there will only be one pay run per contractor per month
